Hi! I’m Carolyn Cole, an independent journalist, freelance writer and all-around word nerd living in Oklahoma City.
I have 12 years of experience in news reporting, photography, design and copy editing. During that time, I worked as part of a news team that won many Oklahoma Press Association and Society of Professional Journalists awards.
I love to write, meet interesting people and tell their stories. I have had a wide experience covering everything from city, county and school government to agriculture, health, business and breaking news.
